tree does not produce any tree

Hi,

after 2 weeks for the msa step, I finally got my msa.fasta file; however, executing nohup micca tree -i msa.fasta -o tree.tree --fasttree-gtr & produces a 0 byte tree.tree file

a screen shot of the input file is attached

any idea why it does not work,
