Dear TPSF Members,



Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is appointed by the Government
of Japan to implement a master$B!G(Bs degree and internship program in the
framework of the ABE initiative for the African countries.  The objective of
ABE initiative is to support young personnel who have potentials to
contribute to the development of industries in Africa.

TPSF is among the institution/organization selected to coordinate
applications from the private sector and JICA will coordinate the allocation
of participants from the private sector by consulting with the steering
committee on the ABE Initiative.



This is a unique opportunity for members to participate in the long term
development of the private sector and our country at large by nominating
suitable young graduates for this course. Please read the attached
information sheet and submit your application HARDY COPY ONLY in one
original plus one copy properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes
marked $B!H(BMASTER$B!G(BS DEGREE AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF THE
AFRICAN BUSINESS
