I am conducting this to establish the negotiation behaviour of Tanzanians/Africans. It will eventually shade the light on what is happening but also motivate further research. This is out of my own interest after teaching negotiation skills at the University of Dar es Salaam for at least 4 years now and training business community and public officials on negotiation skills for quite sometime.

I also take this chance to ask you to circulate this to fellow MIB/MIT graduates for their kind action.
