Phyloinformatics Summer of Code projet ideas due Wednesday!

The organization applications for Google Summer of Code are due this Friday. We've been discussing ideas on the PhyloSoC G+ community page [1] and it is now time to formalize these on the wiki [2]. New ideas are of course still very welcome!

Participating as an organization is competitive, with an acceptance rate of 30-35%. The most important component of our application are the project ideas, contributed by you, our mentor community. Ideally, the list of potential projects is diverse, with different degrees of difficulty, from different participating open-source projects, using different programming languages. 

Please have ideas moved to the wiki by Wednesday, March 27 at 5 pm EDT / 9 pm UTC. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask on the G+ page or by emailing phyloso...@nescent.org.
