Across Florida, horses are being stolen from their families, slaughtered in secret, and sold on the black market for profit. Beloved animals, some used for therapy, some cherished companions, are taken in the night, only to face unimaginable cruelty.
These killings are not only inhumane, they’re dangerous. The meat is sold unregulated, often contaminated by medications unsafe for human consumption.
The illegal horse meat trade must end.
Sign the petition now to call on Florida and federal to officials crack down on this criminal operation and protect both animals and public safety.

Stand up for the horses at Saratoga on Saturday, August 23rd.
15 horses have already died at Saratoga this summer. Each one exploited and discarded by an industry built on suffering. And while the killing continues, NYRA is busy downplaying the deaths, distracting the public, and celebrating profit over life.
We need to be strong VOICES for the HORSES!
That’s why this Saturday, August 23, from 10 AM – 1 PM, we’ll be out in force at the Saratoga Race Course for Travers Day — one of their biggest race days of the year.
Our mobile billboard will circle the track, blasting the truth they want hidden. But the strongest message comes from YOU — compassionate people standing together, refusing to be silenced.
