View this email in your browser   Shelter Diversion Plea We've been contacted by a citizen of Citrus County looking to surrender an adult female and her litter of 9 puppies.  They puppies are approximately 3 weeks of age.  At this time, we have no behavioral or medical information. This is a time-sensitive situation as the citizen has advised that they're at risk for losing their current housing.  Unfortunately, we are fighting two current viruses, pneumovirus and corona, with more PCR's sent out, at our physical shelter.  We're not a saft place to bring Mom and neonatal puppies.  We're working on owner sign over and they'll be ready for immediate rescue placement.   Are you able to work directly with the owner or us for placement of Mom and puppies?  Please let us know if you're a rescue interested in pulling. If you know of a rescue in good standing that would be interested in partnering with us, we'd love to talk with them.
