Hey all! Despite getting 8 dogs to rescue on Friday, we had 10 more come in yesterday and today and are still at capacity. Mustard-*Neutered Male*-Lilac Merle-XL Bully-Appx 1 yr. Very sweet/puppyish. Walk ok on leash (Pulls). Most likely sibling to “Bunny” and “Hopper” that went to rescue already. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. *Tested OK with males, but is pushy and dominant. Tested well with females* Has been possessive of food and toys through kennel with neighbor dog. *Fully vetted and HW+. Started on Doxy* 83 lbs *On the euth list*
Dill-M-Yellow Merle/W-Catahoula-Appx 10 mo. Starting to come out of his shell a bit. Will allow petting. Does not walk on leash. Comes from same house as “BB”. Seem good with other dogs through the kennel and comes from house with multiple other dogs. 61 lbs. *On the euth list*
BB-F-Blue merle/W-Catahoula-Appx 3 yrs old. *Took her home over long weekend. Perfect house guest. No accidents in house. Has good off leash recall. Just happy to sleep in your bed. Fine with kids* Super sweet. Walks well on leash. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. *Tested well with male and female dogs*. Comes from house with multiple other dogs. *Current on rabies, microchipped. HW+*Frequent Flyer. 73.5 lbs
Captain-*Neutered Male*-B/W-Pitbull-Appx 1yr. Very sweet. Likes toys. Loves belly rubs. Walks well on leash. *Tested well with Male and Female dogs. Submissive*. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. *Patchy hair loss has all healed*. *Fully vetted and HW-** *Has been here over a month 42.5 lbs $200 pledge
Chai-*Spayed Female*-Tan/White-Cur-Appx 2 yrs. Starting to come out of her shell. Will allow petting and does come up to front of kennel with tail wagging. *Loves food* Walked a little better on leash yesterday. *Tested well with male and female dogs*. Will continue to work with her. Came in with “Chili”. *Fully vetted and HW+. Started on Doxy* 32.5 lbs *200 pledge**
Truffle-*Spayed Female*-Black/Tan-Cur-Appx 1-2 yrs. Very sweet! “Smiles” Walks well on leash. Does have a cauliflower ear. *Tested well with male and female dogs*. Frequent flyer. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. *Fully vetted and HW+. Started on Doxy* 38 lbs*
Blue (name he came with)-M-Lilac Tri-Pitbull Mix-Appx 1.5 yrs old. Very sweet. Walks well on leash. Per previous owner is good with other dogs and kids, but is not housetrained. Frequent flyer. Current on vaccines and microchipped. 47.5 lbs
Coco-*Spayed Female*-Black/W-Shihtzu mix-Appx 3 yrs old. Very sweet. Per previous owner is housetrained and good with kids, dogs, and cats. *Fully vetted and HW- as of 8/25*. 20 lbs *Priority will be given to those that can take a big dog, have recently taken a big dog, or can take both cats*
Penelope-F-Chocolate-Daschshund Mix-Appx 7 mo. Very sweet. Per previous owner is housetrained and good with kids, dogs, and cats.*Current on all vaccines and HW-* 22 lbs *Priority will be given to those that can take a big dog, have recently taken a big dog, or can take both cats*
Kali-*Neutered Male*-Black-DSH-Appx 1 yr 4 mo. A little shy, but tolerates petting and being picked up. Currently houses with “Cinco” with no issues. *Current on vaccines*
Cinco-F-Gray/Orange Tabby-DSH-Appx 8 weeks. Very sweet. Typical kitten. Has had first vaccine. Currently houses with “Kali” with no issues.
Fennel-M-Tri colored/Brindle-Cur Mix-Appx 10 mo-1 yr. Very sweet/puppyish. Walks well on leash. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. Unknown on kennel training at this time. Possible sibling to “Basil” who went to rescue last week. 48 lbs *Still on stray hold until Sat 5/30*
