Subject: *LAST CALL* Seminole Tribe Dogs *Puppy. New/Old Faces*Hey all! We are full! Almost everyone is fixed and fully vetted, but many are becoming long termers and are deteriorating. It’s not fair to me to continue to get attached and for them to be miserable here. *If you have a plan for someone and just can’t take immediately, please let me know* If you have any room, I can be reached via email, phone, or text. Work cell 863-228-6265. Personal cell 812-241-9572. We have no public adoptions and only utilize rescues. We also have no vetting, but can usually help with transport. I do have a limited number of heartworm tests, flea/tick, heartworm prevention, dewormer, vaccines, and FELV tests upon request. *Please note, all my face to face dog testing is done on leash due to not having an area to test off leash*
Demois (name he came with)-M-Black/Tan-German Shepherd-Appx 16 Mo-Very sweet/puppyish. *Knows commands* Walks well on leash. Per previous owner is housetrained and good with kids/other dogs. *Tested well with females, but likes to hump males, which they didn’t like. Just needs to learn some manners*. Does bark at other dogs through the kennel. Does not appear kennel trained. *Chases his tail and has chewed the hair off. Spins in kennel. Needs rescue ASAP*. 49.5 lbs *Current on all vax and HW-**300 PLEDGE* *DEADLINE FRIDAY 4/10*
Loki-*Neutered Male*-Brown/W-American Bulldog Mix-Appx 7 yrs. **UPDATE-Took him home overnight and there was some good and bad. Loves the couch and car rides. Likes to sit on your lap. He put himself to bed in the crate and slept all night. No accidents in the house. Not super interested in my 7 yr old, but not fearful either. Did show some food aggression in the kitchen and begs. Was fine with my husband walking by his crate last night, but did his barrier reactivity this morning with him**. A little shy at first, but sweet. Per previous owner is good with other dogs and housetrained. Barrier reactive with strangers, but is fine outside of the kennel with strangers. Very anxious in the kennel, but is responding well to CBD treats that were donated. Appears kennel trained. Walks well on leash. *Tested well with male and female dogs, but does like to dominate others by putting his head over them* Per previous owner is not good with small children. 73 lbs **$400 PLEDGE** *Has been here over 2 months**Fully vetted and HW-*DEADLINE FRIDAY 4/10*
R2-D2 (name she came with)-*Spayed Female*-Brown/W-Pit Mix-Appx 4 yrs. Very sweet. Walks OK on leash (pulls). Appears kennel trained. *Tested well with male and female dogs*. Came from same residence as “Dinghy”. Surrendered to the police who got no info and we have been unable to make contact with the previous owner. 48 lbs *Fully vetted and HW- *Has been here over a month***DEADLINE FRIDAY 4/10*
Carrot Cake-M-Black/W-Pit-Appx 1-2 yrs. Super sweet. Walks well on leash. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. Unknown on kennel training at this time. Does have some suspicious patchy hair loss. Did NOT glow under my Amazon blacklight, but am treating it like ringworm just in case. He is currently in the outside kennels with no direct neighbor (this also takes up a kennel). 81.5 lbs On the euth list if space becomes unavailable*
Rico (name he came with)- *Neutered Male*---Brown/W-Pitbull-Appx 10 mo-1 yr. SUPER SWEET/Puppyish. Confiscated by police after being left in kennel with no food, water, shelter in emaciated condition. Knows “Sit”. Walks well on leash. Per previous owner is good with other dogs. *Tested well with male and female dogs* Food aggressive with other dogs (was also being starved). Came from a house with multiple other dogs. *Doing much better with barrier reactivity* Supposedly bit a kid through the fence, but was never reported to me. Has lived his whole life in a backyard. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. 35.5 lbs *Fully Vetted. Will HWT upon request* *Does have documented bite history (was totally my fault)* On the euth list if space becomes unavailable**Has been here over a month**
Dingey-*Spayed Female*-Tri colored-Cattle Dog-Appx 2 yrs. *Has really come out of her shell* Shy in the kennel, but lights up outside. *Not your typical cattle dog. Very quiet and calm in kennel.* Walks well on leash and appears kennel trained. *Fearful of other dogs. Growled with both male and females and tried to get away* Came from same residence as “R2-D2” and she does appear fairly bonded to her. Surrendered to the police who got no info and we have been unable to make contact with the previous owner. 44 lbs *Fully vetted and HW- *Has been here over a month**
Pirate-*Neutered Male*--Blue/W-Bully Mix-Appx 1 yr. Very sweet. Gets zoomies when he gets attention. *Tested well with male and female dogs*. Starting to get the hang of kennel training. Walks well on leash. Came from house with multiple other dogs. 46 lbs *Fully Vetted. Will HWT upon request*
Tugboat-*Neutered Male*--Red/W-Cur/Hound Mix-Appx 10 mo. Super sweet. Walks well on leash. *A little stiff with males does not tolerate being dominated by another male, but fine with female dogs*. Knows “sit”. Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. Came from house with multiple other dogs. 38.5 lbs *Fully vetted and HW- *Has been here over a month**
Schooner-M-Cream-Husky/Anatolian Shepherd?? Mix-Appx 3 mo old. Typical friendly puppy. 18 lbs
Skiff-M-Red/White-Cur Mix-Appx 5-6 yrs. Very sweet. Walks well on leash. *Good with male and female dogs. Easy going* Appears kennel trained if kept on schedule. Severely underweight with dental issues. Came in at 45.5 lbs is now 48.5 lbs
Marina-F-Black/W-Pit-Appx 8 mo. Very sweet. *Smaller than she looks* Walks well on leash. Just wants to be close to you. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. Seems to be getting the hang of kennel training if kept on schedule. 37.5 lbs
Hopper-M-Blue Merle/W-XL Bully Mix-Appx 1-2 yrs. Very sweet. Came in with Bunny. Calm. Walks well on leash. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. Does have some broken teeth. Unknown on kennel training at this time. 78.5 lbs
Bunny-F-Blue Merle/W-XL Bully Mix-Appx 1-2 yrs. Very sweet/puppyish. Came in with Hopper. Walks well on leash. Seems good with other dogs through the kennel. Unknown on kennel training at this time. 74.5 lbs
Dogs below are at the other locations. Will be coming to me next week. Only info is what I’ve been told by other officers.
Peep-F-Brown/W-Catahoula Mix-Appx 3-4 yrs. Sweet, but shy. Does not walk on leash at this time. Unknown on kennel training or other dogs. *Still on stray hold until Sun 4/12*
