DREDGE is a single-player fishing adventure with a sinister undercurrent. Sell your catch, upgrade your boat, and dredge the depths for long-buried secrets. Explore a mysterious archipelago and discover why some things are best left forgotten. Out now on PC and consoles!
Dredge is an upcoming boat sailing game that melds the peaceful gameplay of fishing, exploring, and ship-upgrading, with a sort of cosmic horror element where you unravel the mystery of something dark and eldritch hidden beneath the depths, and, to celebrate its recent opening of pre-orders, developer Black Salt Games has put out a free demo that's available to download right now on Nintendo Switch.
The title is set to launch on all major platforms, but it seems like Nintendo secured some kind of promotional deal with it, as the demo is exclusive to the Switch. None of Dredge's marketing material explicitly states how much of the game you can play via this demo, but the IGN preview suggests it will net you at least a few hours of gameplay.
DREDGE releases on March 30, 2023, on PlayStation 45, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. The demo is currently available on Nintendo Switch. Will you be pre-ordering the game? Let us know in the comments below!
My problem is precisely as described in this unresolved post: I run a model fm1*, and use dredge to test all combinations of variables. To exclude some combinations I use a subset matrix sub1 following the method described in dredge.subset demo.
Take a large fat Head and lay it in Water to take out the Blood; boil it whilst the Bones will come out; season it with Nutmeg, Pepper and Salt; then lap it up round with a large Lump of forc'd Meat made of Veal; after which lap it up tight in a Veal Kell before it is cold, and take great Care that you don't let the Head break in two Pieces; then bind it up with a coarse Inkle, lay it upon an earthen Dish, dredge it over with Flower, and lay over it a little Butter, with a little Water in the Dish; an Hour and a half will bake it; when it is enough take off the Inkle, cut it in two length Ways, laying the Skin-side uppermost; when you lay it upon your Dish, you must lay round it stew'd Pallets and Artichoak bottoms fry'd, with forc'd meat Balls; put to it brown Gravy Sauce; you may brown your Sauce with a few Trophels or Morels, and layPage 26them about your Veal. Garnish your Dish with Lemon and Pickle.
