Charter for mi.map

The newsgroup `mi.map' is a moderated group strictly for the purpose of
submitting uucp connectivity maps to the moderator. The moderator will
accumulate these submissions and, after verifying correctness, will post
full Michigan maps to the group at appropriate intervals. If your news
system is set up correctly, articles posted to the group will automaticly
forward to the moderator.

News system managers: The proper forward for this group is
uuc...@mail.msen.com

The moderator is currently Mike O'Connor, reachable as
uuc...@mail.msen.com.
