RE: OFFER FOR PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN NAROK COUNTY

 

We are glad to inform you that the Society has acquired 100 acres of land which has been subdivided into one (1) acre plots near Ngorengore Market in Narok County. The land is situated within an area of high potential in wheat, maize, beans and barley farming. The features of this project are;

 

v  The land is located 30KM off Narok – Bomet Road. This is 34KM from Ololung’a trading centre.

v  Some of large scale wheat farmers near the land are; Olerai Ltd, Simba and Patel.

v  Services available include nearby electricity and all weather access road.

v  Individual titles for each plot (1 acre) will be processed once the project has been concluded. Buyers shall cater for the transfer fee.

v  Cost per plot (1 acre)

1.   Cash buyers

·         Member          Kes 235,000.00

·         Non-Member   Kes 260,000.00

2.   Non-Cash buyers

·         Members          Kes 250,000.00

·         Non-Member    Kes 270,000.00

 

v  The Society is offering the following payment options:

 

1.   Cash payment i.e. Kes. 235,000 for members and Kes. 260,000 for non-members

2.   Payment of 30% deposit and repayment of balance within 5 months shall not attract any interest.

3.   10% down payment and balance shall be payable in 2 years at an interest rate of 15%p.a.

v  Allocation will be on first-to-pay the deposit first to be allocated. Members can book for more than one plot.

v  Plot viewing will be on 10^th September 2016 from 8.00am. Those who may want to use our free transport to view the plots can send a confirmation of the same to the email below on or before end of day Thursday, 08^th September 2016.
