My mother, Betty Baxter, passed today after a steady decline in her health over the past few years since my dad died. She was at home w/ hospice care, and in her right mind till her downward turn yesterday. I am very glad that we were able to take her home, provide comfort and preserve her dignity. She was greatly loved and we will miss her.

Visitation is Wednesday 2/27 at Cox Funeral Home in Manchester from 6-8 pm. The funeral will be at the First Baptist Church in Warm Springs on Thursday 2/28 at 11 am. Friends and family will be invited to her home after the service.
