SAMS is helping UNFPA, recruit Consultant - Beti Bachao Beti Padao (BBBPC) based at Directorate of Women Empowerment, Rajasthan.
UNFPA, is a UN organization working for reproductive rights for all and supports access to a wide range of sexual and reproductive health services, including voluntary family planning, maternal health care and comprehensive sexuality education.
The Government of India has launched the Beti Bachao Beti Padao (BBBP) programme in 2015 and being implemented in 14 districts of Rajasthan.
UNFPA will continue the support for strengthening of the planning and implementation of BBBP scheme in the state of Rajasthan.
Initially reporting to the to the Commissioner, Directorate of Women Empowerment and the State Programme Coordinator- UNFPA State Office, the Consultant- BBBP will coordinate with Senior Officials in DWE and in the districts to improve the planning, implementation and monitoring of BBBP programme across the 14 districts.
Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural Management/ Health Management/ Gender with minimum three to five years of working experience in gender/ development/ social work related fields.

The selected candidate shall be paid a consolidated amount ranging between Rs. 50,000-65,000 per month based on salary history, qualification and experience. In addition, laptop and communication allowances will also be provided to selected candidates.
