Dear Library Advocate, the 2008-09 State
Budget process is winding down as negotiators for the Legislature and Governor
try to come an agreement on a variety of revenue and funding issues in
order to adopt a budget . It is not too late to send an email or fax a
letter to your legislators via NYLA's Online Advocacy Center. Visit
www.nyla.org and click on Contact your
Elected Officials button to send a letter in support of restoring $5 million in
Library Aid to the 2008-09 State Budget. Thanks for your
