HSS is celebrating Surya Namaskar Yagna month for the Auspicious month of January.

Please make this one New Year resolution on this auspicious occasion.

Please join us for 5 Sundays (Jan 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Feb 2nd) to help participate in the Surya Namaskar Yagna!

Please add daily Surya Namaskar as an exercise from 4^th January to 2nd February and in the 29 Days we will transform ourselves physically and mentally into a New Us.

THIS IS NOT A JUST FOR ADULTS. Please teach your kids the best yoga our heritage gave us! Bring them along. DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN BED or worse, in front of the TV/Video Games! Oh yeah, the same applies for your eldest kid (spouse)!
