Dear Mr Kayange
There is now just over 1 week left to submit nominations for the Social Innovation in Health Initiative so we encourage you to spread the word about this opportunity to those working in this area or submit a nomination if this is you!
|
|
There are many exciting healthcare delivery solutions being implemented all across Africa, Asia and South America to improve the lives of those affected by neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), malaria and tuberculosis. We want to identify, showcase and support them.
Visit our website or watch this short video for more information.
The Social Innovation in Health Initiative will provide selected organisations and individuals with a unique opportunity to achieve widespread recognition and support through:
- Funded travel and connections with national and global health policy makers at a convening at the World Health Organization in Geneva.
- The opportunity to become part of the first Global Health Innovators Fellowship Programme hosted in 2 one-week long modules at the University of Cape Town and the University of Oxford in 2016. This programme will support innovative organisations to grow and scale their solutions and impact.
- Being featured in an international publication on healthcare solutions in infectious diseases.
How can you help us:
- Connect us: Encourage those you know of who are doing work in this field to submit a nomination. Or send us the name and contact details of an individual or organisation that is doing pioneering innovative work to improve healthcare delivery for people affected by NTDs, TB or Malaria. Complete the online form here.
- Spread this announcement through your network: Please share this through your networks or direct people to our website – www.healthinnnovationproject.org
- Share via social media
All nominations must be submitted online by 28 February 2015.
We value your help and support for innovators. If you have any questions or comments, please email us at in...@healthinnovationproject.org.
Collectively, healthcare can be improved.
All the best,
Rachel
