Invitation to a meeting to review Progress and Outputs for the Global Fund/Ministry of Health Data Triangulation Exercise

On behalf of the Deputy Director and Head of the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Division (CMED), please find attached an official invitation letter to a progress and output review meeting for the Data Triangulation exercise on HIV, Malawi, and TB.
As you are, the Global Fund provided funding for a data triangulation exercise in Malawi under the initiative “Improving Data Use for Quality Improvement”. The aim of this exercise is to demonstrate how health facility assessment data used alone and analyzed with other datasets, can be used to improve country’s public health programs. It is also expected that a sub-set of the analysis will feed directly into the Global Fund Risk Assurance process by highlighting key issues/risks specific to HIV, TB and malaria.

On behalf of the Head of the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Division in the Ministry of Health, please find the attached invitation letter to an M&E TWG Meeting which will be held on 17th January, 2017 at BICC.
As you are aware, the MoH HIS Strategy for 2011-2016 has just ended, so this M&E TWG Meeting will be devoted to strategic discussions on strengthening data quality and use, and how such strategies can be integrated in the next MoH HIS Strategy for the next 5 years.
