From Darfur to Tel Aviv to ISIS - The Global Struggle of African Refugees in 2015
Wednesday, June 24, 7 PM
Moishe House Rogers Park- RSVP for address

Israel is home to 46,000 refugees and asylum seekers from Darfur and other parts of Africa. They have found temporary safety in Israel, but now they are at risk of being deported. What can we do to help? We will watch a clip from the newly released film "African Exodus" and meet with Elliot Vaisrub Glassenberg, a Chicago native and Director of International Communication at the BINA Secular Yeshiva in Tel Aviv and a volunteer at Right Now: Advocates for Asylum Seekers in Israel.
