Hello Pravin,

We can lodge a request on below link, it's concerned to President Of India. I believe they will take necessary action against MHADA..

Hi Pradeep,

I have also faced similar problem.
In fact when we checked water connection, toilet flush in master was OK.
Next day we got call from MHADA site engineer, that flat is flooded with water.
When we checked in the flat, Flush tank of master bedroom was flooded with water. ( Flush of toilet was not working properly)
Biggest problem, there was no drainage hole for toilet in master bedroom.
So water entered in all flat. it started leaking in below flat and walls in staircase were wet.

The site person told that only the toilets and bathrooms are leak proof.
so water can leak if situation is like this

Now I am thinking of doing some furniture work in flat but do not know the fate of furniture if the similar situation arises?

How to take up with mhada. Single person can not do anything and Mhada will not respond to individual person.

We should form a big group to put over grievances?

Mhada flat leaking water

hi

Just want to bring one strange thing to your notice.

We visited our Mhada flat H 26 A 203 after a 2 months or so  and decided to wash the floors by pouring water on the tiles in all rooms.
Within minutes  the person who stays on  floor below 103 came up complaining that hte water has started leaking in his bedrooms and it si spoiling his furntitre which is wooden nad his pop too.

We could not believe that the quality of the flooring adn RCC  woudl be so pathetic that on the first wash of your tile and pouring water on floor woudl result in leakage.
More to this the behaviour of our Pratikshangar Mhada contractor was as if we are not going to wsh and pour water everyday hence the person who is complaining from 103 shoudl not take that so serisouly.

Just wanted to inform all of you please do this simple test fill your entire home with water in all rooms , hall , kithen , bathroom and watch for at least half an hour or so to see wehther there is any leakage downstairs and do the same thing with the flat above yours.

We have to take our complaints in writing as verbal complaints no one gievs a damn esp your local Mhada contractors who are least botherd about your problems.

with best regards

Pradeep
