Specifik Serial device

Hi im quite new here and wanted to know if there is a way to use  --serial_device in a python code. Like can i use in code an other serial port then /dev/ttyAMA0 and use /dev/ttyUSB0.

I would like to get the value from there, and implement it in my code-
