A new maintenance release of the mgo MongoDB driver for Go is out.
There are no API incompatibilities in this release, and it targets the
current Go release in the stable series (58.1).

The following changes were made in this release:

- Fixed synchronization bug which will cause issues with the next
release of Go. Thanks to Petar Maymounkov for reporting the problem.

- Removed SetFinalizer from the GridFS file. Even though it shouldn't
cause issues because there are no cycles with the file, it is causing
a problem in practice for some still unknown reason. Please make sure
you close your files (that's the proper way to do it anyway). Thanks
to Heine Andersen for reporting the issue.

- Additional speed ups of around 35% in gobson when decoding data.
