Job Description

The company is hiring MCA / B.E. / B. Tech. graduates (Circuit Branches only) for entry level software engineering positions for multiple locations in India. All hired candidates will go through a 3 months training at MphasiS Learning Academy (MLA) - MphasiS' state of art training facility in Mangalore.

Salary Details
The annual salary package offered is Rs. 2.0 Lakhs per annum. Hired candidates will be given additional bonus of 50,000 upon successful completion of two years with company.

Eligibility Criterion
The interested candidates should have 65% or more in BE/MCA. Candidates from circuit branches (Comp Sc, Electronics, IT, Electrical, Instrumentation etc) are allowed to participate in this drive.

We are expecting to increase candidates list to 25 ,hopefully few more will be shortlisted from the MGM. 

But i have few concerns in my mind just wanted to share with you all  as our students are struggling to clear the Aptitude Test only even-though they are very good in technical stuff. Guys we need to work on to improve quality of students to deliver good results as far as placement is concerned. 

It seems to be very poor show. Companies are coming to our campus but we are unable to tap it as you are weak at first step only ,its a failure for all of us  but now we are sure that it wouldn't be repeated ,we have got Prof Prashant Lokhande to handle Placement Cell Head. Our principal is kind enough to support us at everyplace to delivert best results so we are expecting all MGM'ans to work hard to show best results.

Areas for enhancements

-Expert Guidance on clearing Aptitude Test (Quantitative,logical and English Language)

-Student seriousness about the Campus Placement ( In spite of communication after reducing the criteria only 30-35 appeared for Assessment Test.)

-Technical Training and Certifications
