Job Title: Trainee Technical Support Engineer 

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 0 - 1 year. Freshers are also welcome.

Division: Technical Support 

Qualification:  BE (IT) or Computers / BE (Telecom)

Salary: 2 lac pa

Responsibilities include:

• Provide telephone, email, remote and on-site technical support to CeX staff & colleagues
  
• Administration of Microsoft Windows, anti-virus, servers, networks etc
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  
• Document troubleshooting procedures
  
• Assist in any other general tasks that may arise
  
• Administration of Active Directory
  
• Escalate cases to the relevant departments as and when required
  
• Willing to work on call / overtime when required
  
• Maintain smooth running of shops from an IT standpoint
  
• Attend and participate in all departmental meetings / training initiatives
  

Required Skills:

• Good verbal / written English skills
• Windows server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 experience
  

Other Details:

• Candidates should be comfortable with the rotational shifts
