As discussed, please provide interested candidates details for Technical Support Executives latest by Monday.
Job title: Technical Support Executive
Educational Qualification: BCA, B.SC (Comp Science), M.Sc (Comp Science), B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech (Computer Science Preferably), MCA (2014 / 2015 batch only) or any other equivalent experience.
Job description:
· Preparing validation checklist items by analysing requirements and co-ordinating with onsite teams.
· Performing quality checks on the data files (Payroll , EDI) of health care domain with the given standard checklist items and doing analysis for the identified issues by verifying in application configurations and data base.
· Executing the database scheduled jobs and monitoring for errors , doing analysis on error reports by verifying the data & applications configurations and provide the feedback to the carriers/ groups
Skillset:
· Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
· Excel knowledge
· Basic SQL knowledge
· Basic knowledge on web application
· Good analytical skills
· Good to have health care domain knowledge & computers back ground
