We are conducting IBM off campus drive for 2012 / 2013 and 2014 passed out students on 24th April, interested students need to register
Last date for registration is 21st April.
Eligible Degrees: BTech/BE, MTech/ME. MCA,Dual Degree(B.Tech/BE+M.Tech/ME)
Year of Passout: 2012 / 2013 / 2014
Branches: All
Percentage Cutoff: 65% or 6.5 CGPA in the highest education
Applicant must have no backlogs at the time of IBM Placement process on Campus
Designation: Associate System Engineer

Date of Test: 24th April
Venue: MLRIT, Dundigal, Hyderabad
Timings: As per the timings mentioned on the admit card (Admit cards will be sent to the candidates e mail id 2-3 days before the test date)
Selection Process:
Online ACAT Test > Communication Assessment > Interviews. Venue details and reporting details will be shared with the eligible students directly.
Package: 3.15 LPA This includes a one-time component of 25k upon joining.

Job Description
Support problem and change tickets for client support operations (e.g. storage systems or server) for work involving problem determination and implementation of changes to hardware, software, applications or network systems. These tasks are not standardized and require independent thought and problem solving to resolve. Interaction with other teams is often required to solve issues.
Work to standardize repeatable tasks and steps across multiple accounts. This may require creating documentation or scripts that can be used to solve the same problem in the future.
Team members participate once or more a day in cadence discussion on team performance. These meetings are typically led by the primary pool manager or Dispatcher. They discuss issues or challenges, and receive trouble-shooting input /advice from other team members. They may also discuss team performance trends. Primary pool team members may also separately interact and exchange information with members of cross-pool teams.
Implement medium to complex product upgrades and/or medium to complex security compliance corrections without assistance.
Location of joining - Bangalore, National Capital Region (NCR), Chennai, Hyderabad. Based on business requirement the posting can be in any location within India.
