Subject: New Member/Active Member Rosters DUE to the OGL by Friday, April 19th (NM Intake to Close on April 13th)
Good Afternoon Binghamton Fraternities and Sororities,
As most of you already know, the New Membership Intake window for this semester is coming to a close. Again, pledging activities and programs for all fraternities and sororities MUST be concluded by April 13th, 2013. The Office of Greek life is requiring that each Greek organization who participated in New Membership activities will be sending an electronic copy of the roster of all New Members who the organization has OFFICIALLY INITIATED for the spring 2013 semester.
IN ADDITION:
· The Office of Greek life is also requesting that each Greek Organization send a COMPLETE ROSTER of all ACTIVE MEMBERS (New Members to Senior Members) so that we have an accurate count of our Greek life community at Binghamton University.
· AGAIN, ALL INFORMATION CAN BE INCLUDED ON ONE ROSTER!
The following information is to be provided on the roster(s) submitted by each Greek organization:
· Name of the Greek Organization
· Official Name of each Initiated New Members (Student)
· Official Name of each ACTIVE member in the organization
