Good morning Binghamton Greeks!

You should have received the following last night from our Graduate Assistant, Kate Hollerbush.  Remember to share Greek Weekend info with the rest of your chapters!

Attached, please find the Official Rules and Schedule for Greek Weekend 2013.  I have also re-attached the excel file which broke down each team by its respective chapters and provided the contact information of each organization's president.

PLEASE NOTE - The Phired Up Social Excellence presentation in the Mountainview Dining Hall is set for 830pm Thursday (April 18) and attendance is MANDATORY for 25% of EVERY CHAPTER.  Additional details are attached.

Greek Awards will be held on Sunday, April 21st from 2-4pm in the C4 Multipurpose room.  Each chapter is expected to have 50% of chapter total or 5 persons (whichever number is less) in attendance.  Award recipients will be selected from each council so you are strongly encouraged to fill out the awards applications as sent out from the Office of Greek Life account earlier today.

Don't forget to coordinate with the rest of your team and pick up the Spirit Poster competition supplies in the Office of Greek Life asap!  Team Unity and Team Respect got a jump on the competition by picking up their supplies yesterday!  Posters are due by 10am Thursday!
