Architects' Oath-taking:

July 21, 2012 (Saturday)

Time:  12:00 Noon     -      Start of Registration

1:00 P.M.        -      Programme

Venue: Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel,  One Rizal Park, Manila

Attire: Inductees - Formal Dress/ Barong Tagalog/ Long Sleeves w/ necktie

Guest/s   -  Formal or Semi-Formal

Ticket/s: Inductees/ Guests = P1,000.00 per head

UAP/ IAPOA Membership Fee on site = P700.00

PRC Registration:

Get your Oath Form for Registration at the PRC Service Center, and Oathtaking ticket/s and UAP (IAPOA) Membership Forms at Rm. 300-D, 3rd Flr., Don Lorenzo Bldg., in front of the PRC.

IMPORTANT:

Registration will start on Monday, July 2, 2012 up to Friday, July 6, 2012. The Report of Ratings, Certificates of Registration (Board Certificates) and the Professional Identification Cards (IDs) will be issued to successful examinees during the Oathtaking Ceremony.

Those who will register are required to bring the following: 

Residence Certificate;

2 = 1” x 1” and 2 = 2" x 2" colored pictures with complete name tag and white background;

1 brown envelope w/o stamps;

and to pay the following: 

Initial Reg. Fee P600.00;

and Annual Registration Fees (2013-2015) P450.00.
