Regarding analysis

Dear mg-rast team

Well I am new here, as I have sucvessfully completed my analysis via mg rast. However I need to upload the out put files in another software. For that I need relative abundance of orus and the rep_seq.fna file.

While I can generated the relative abundance table by manual editting however I am not able to know where from I can get the rep_seq.fna file.

Please guide me as it is urgent.

Check API https://help.mg-rast.org/api.html and https://api.metagenomics.anl.gov/api.html

you'll be able to get all intermediate and final results of the pipeline via curl or browser.
