I've been encountering persistent challenges while attempting to download metagenomes from MG-RAST. Despite numerous attempts through both FTP and command-line methods, my efforts have been unsuccessful.
Could anyone provide guidance or suggest an effective solution for downloading metagenomes from MG-RAST? I am specifically interested in accessing certain metagenomes that are exclusively available on this platform.
