Hi all,

I want to calculate the Good's Coverage Estimator using my data from MG-RAST shotgun sequenced samples.

But to calculate Good's I need:

1 - (F1 / N)
where F1 is the number of singleton OTUs and N is the total number of reads (total number of species sampled or total number of reads count?).

Any clue on how to get singleton's number per sample?

Thanks,

Jose

I did this manually with Excel after downloading the CSVs for each of my samples. Don't think there is a way around this.
