Problem to select a sequence file in the "submit" section

Hi,

I have uploaded the sequence file data in the upload section and I have waited until the file appears in the window for selection of files in the "submit section", but I cannot click and select the file. The file´s name appears in red color, no clue is this may be related to some problem....

I would very much appreciate some help with this

This is a question for the help desk. In general if the file format could not be validated, you will not be able to submit. Please check the user manual for details on valid formats.

Hovering over the entry will show why it is not selectable. Either the maximum sequence length of 500.000bp per sequence is exceeded or the file is not a sequence, but an index file for demultiplexing.
