Dear all,

I am new to MG-RAST and this might be a completely stupid question, but I have been searching many times now and also discussed with colleagues, but we couldnt find:

Is there any link on the MG-RAST webpage to the publication of the projects?

I have been searching for several metagenomes and I would love to read the accompanying publication. But I cannot find it.

I would be very glad receiving any instructions on this. Thanks a lot in advance!

However if the authors have included that information in their metadata, it will be displayed on the study/project page.

Most authors did not include that info. We are not resourced to curate data.
