I have uploaded and submitted my metagenomic data from past 1 month. Even after 8 days it is still in the QC stage.
Then I re-uploaded and submitted lesser number of samples this time.
The same problem persisted again
What could be the reason/s?
How I can i delete my project? and then I would re-upload ? Can i delete it?
Help. It is taking too much time. Not trained in Bioiformatics so downloading database and doing things will be difficult. Any suggestions ?
