I have been trying to submit my metagenomic project but the submission fails all the time and gives error. My account has been registered with the same email address. Kindly look into this problem. Thank you.

as stated in several places, this is not the help desk. please use the help desk email address. An additional comment: images are the worst way to provide us with identifiers (which we need to assist you in most cases)...
