I am trying to download my data from MG rast to be able to continue my analysis. The problem is that the website crashes at all times and i don't manage to understand how to do it trough the API. I know this is not the help desk but I have limited bioinformatic knowledge and this is overly complicated. Has someone ever done it that can give me a hand?

the easiest path forward might likely be to debug your web browser problem. The "crash" happens with your local computer, the web server is quite stable.
