Reg. Sequence stats failed

to MG-RAST

I was uploading the sequence data to the MG-RAST server, and the sequence stats calculation has been failing for almost past 20 days. The error kept popping out when the upload process was about to complete, meanwhile the sequence information is always in progress. Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated!!
