How to download .fna file output from the gene-calling step?

Hello, I need to download the gene-calling output in nucleotide fasta format. I see that I can download the amino acid output, but it says the nucleotide version (.fna) is "temporary" and I cannot download it. How might I obtain this file?

I note that this is not the help desk. Certain files are not stored to limit the storage requirements. One good way (the only?) to obtain the files is to re-create them using a few steps from our pipeline. The commands used are displayed on the download page.

There is also a CWL version of the pipeline (check out github) that might be the easiest way to re-create the files.
