Dear Mrs., Mr.,
When I want to use the the API to upload files, I get this error: curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer
cmd used:
curl -X POST -H "mykey: auth_key" -F "upload=@LJ_2017_033_R1.fastq" "http://api.mg-rast.org/inbox/"
I also tried
I have also tried browser uploads in firefox, chrome (latest versions) for more than a month:
- using a .tar archive as mentioned in the format guidelines.
- using fastq files
But nothing works.
Could you please help me with this issue please ?
