Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before and has thoughts/solutions:
I have metatranscriptomic data from another member in my lab that has been put through the MG-RAST pipeline and shared with me. I downloaded the results of the analysis about 6 months ago from my Collections page.
Since then I have been working on developing an in-house metatranscriptomic analysis pipeline and want to compare some of the results from individual steps in my pipeline to the MG-RAST pipeline. I remember seeing a step-by-step of MG-RAST's workflow with downloadable data from each step of the analysis of my data, so that's really what I'm looking for here.
That all being said, I still have the "Collection" on my profile's homepage, but when I click on the collection, the page with a table displaying things like name, study, basepairs, sequences, etc reads "there are no rows to display". In the past, I have been able to see all of the samples and links to the pages breaking down their results, but those are gone now.
I will ask my labmate to share the collection with me again, but does MG-RAST just get rid of your collection after a certain period of time? (i.e. will this happen again?)
Also: I remember having trouble navigating to the step-by-step results page, so if anyone can explain that, I would be super grateful! (Especially since I can't look around right now, since all my data has disappeared...)
Thanks for your help!
