difference between Carbohydrate Metabolism and carbohydrate metabolism in KEGG groups level2?

I downloaded the abundance data for a list of mg-rast ids for KEGG database level 2. Following are the main groups returned in the table.

I couldn’t find the difference between “Amino acid metabolism” and Amino acid Metabolism”. Yet, the abundance values for these two groups is different for the same sample.

 

I would like to request what is the difference between the two? I have similar problem with other groups as shown below.

Hi,

this probably should have gone to the help desk. In any case, this is a curation artifact. AFAIK they should be the same category. Your best bet is to manually add them. We will check on this in the next M5nr build.
