have been retained for Mr. Chika Echendu. The sum of $3000.00 is due to the attorney by Monday to facilitate a writ of habeas corpus. If the motion is successful, he will be released pending hearing of his deportation order.

Another group of Chika’s sympathizers have raised a total of $1,310.00. We will thus pay the balance of $1,690.00. for now.

MFU has raised a single check of $1.690.00 to the above law Offices.
And in turn a sum of $1,690.00 have been reimbursed to MFU from Chika’s Contributions.
