Good morning brothers and sisters ,

Here is the minutes of our first executive meeting ,i am not sure i have everybody's email , for that reason this is not a final submission but for the purpose of corrections and editing , please do not take any thing personal.It is still subject to correction and to help us reform our communication media going forward .
