This is to inform that Increff will conduct the online tests this week i.e 27th June 2024. Kindly ensure your availability The online test link will be shared by  the company half an hour before on 27th. Tentative timing of the test shall be 10 am on 27th June.

Details of Online Tests 

1. Predictive Index - Psychometric Test - 20 to 30 Mins 

2. Cocubes - Analytical & Data Interpretation - 60 Mins

3. SHL - Communication Test - 20 Mins

PFb the online test link and procedure for the recruitment process of Increff. You are supposed to do the needful.

Please note that the students who clear the Predictive Index Assessment will be shared the link for second test, so keep a track of your inboxes.

First of all, we are very thankful to you for your interest in building a great company, Increff.

Here is the online test below Predictive Index (Behavioral & Cognitive), Kindly go through the instructions carefully and complete the tests.

Date: 27th June 2024

Test Start Time:10 AM

Test End Time:10:30 AM - Please note that the link will expire at 10:15 AM.

1. Predictive Index Assessment

The test has two components:

• Behavioral Assessment – There is no time limit for this. Please note that you should skip the checkbox where it asks for Behavior-Score-Id while logging into the test.
• Cognitive Test - After completion of the Behavioral Assessment, you will get an email with the link for the Cognitive Test. This has a time limit of 12 minutes and there are 50 logical questions. It’s almost impossible to solve 50 questions in 12 minutes. Since there is a time limit, avoid getting stuck in solving a particular question. Skip such questions where you are taking more time.

Before the real test starts, you will also get sample questions to make you familiar with the type of questions.

Instructions:

1. No Negative Markings 

2. Ensure you have a strong network 

Note: Candidates who are shortlisted from the first round of the Predictive Index online test will advance to the second round, which is the Cocubes test, scheduled for 11 AM.
