विषयः बैच 2020-24 (यूजी) एवं 2022-24 (पीजी) के सभी विद्यार्थियों को मूल मार्कशीट के वितरण के संबंध में।/ Subject: Distribution of original marksheets to all the students of batch 2020-24 (UG) and 2022-24 (PG)--Reg.
यह सूचित किया जाता है कि यूजी बैच 2020-24 और पीजी बैच 2022-24 की मूल मार्कशीट वितरण के लिए तैयार हैं। जो छात्र दीक्षांत समारोह 2024 में भाग लेने आ रहे हैं, उन्हें सलाह दी जाती है कि वे निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार सीओई अनुभाग कार्यालय से अपनी मार्कशीट प्राप्त करें। 09.11.2024 को कोई मार्कशीट वितरित नहीं की जाएगी। It is informed that the original mark sheets of UG Batch 2020-24 and PG Batch 2022-24 are ready for distribution. Students who are coming to attend Convocation 2024 are advised to collect their original mark sheets from the COE Section on the following date and no mark sheets will be distributed on 09.11.2024.

इसलिए, सभी CC (CC-FMS, FD, FC, TD, AD और BFT) से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने छात्रों को COE अनुभाग से अपनी मूल मार्कशीट प्राप्त करने के लिए सूचित करें। जो छात्र अपनी मूल मार्कशीट प्राप्त नहीं करेंगे, वे 11.11.2024 के बाद आधिकारिक समय के दौरान COE अनुभाग से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। यह भी सूचित किया जाता है कि मूल मार्कशीट किसी भी डाक के माध्यम से नहीं भेजी जाएंगी और ऐसे छात्रों को COE अनुभाग से भौतिक रूप से प्राप्त करना होगा।/ Therefore, all CCs (CC-FMS, FD, FC, TD, AD and BFT) are requested to inform their students to collect their original mark sheets from the COE Section. Students who will not collect their original mark sheets can collect the same from the COE Section on 11.11.2024 onwards during official hours. It is also informed that original mark sheets will not be sent through any post and such students will have to collect the same physically from the COE section.
