Job Title: Sr. Executive - Design Outreach & Operations
Location: Parul University, Vadodara
CTC: Between 6.5L to 7.5L (take home as per Tax bracket)
No. of vacancies: 1-2 (depending on candidates)
Mode of selection: Interview + technical round
Overview:
As the Design Outreach & Ops Executive, you will be at the forefront of our institute's efforts to engage with external stakeholders and communities through outreach activities. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of logistics and operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of various outreach initiatives that promote our institute's mission and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to support the successful execution of outreach activities, aligning with the institute's goals and objectives.
2. Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of outreach events and programs, including venue selection, equipment rental, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
3. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure necessary resources and support for outreach activities, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
4. Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including budget, manpower, and materials, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of outreach initiatives.
5. Scheduling and Timelines: Develop and maintain detailed schedules and timelines for outreach activities, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays proactively.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with outreach operations, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure the safety and well-being of participants and staff.
7. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and operations, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment and synergy across all stakeholders.
8. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of service delivery and participant experience, conducting post-event evaluations and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management Basic tools and software.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to support outreach activities as required.
NIFT/NID candidate preferred, as strong knowledge of the design academia is required.
