Dear All,

As per the NIFT Email Policy No NIFT/DIT/IT/E-MAIL SOL- GOOGLE APPS/2013 dated 20^th Oct 2020 the email IDs of students who have graduated/dropped out are required to be deactivated at the campus level after lapse of 03 months from the date of completion of the course/cancellation of enrollment in case of dropped out students.

 

As per the records available in Google Admin Console the email ids of the students who have already graduated still exists in the campus admin console. All the Webmaster/ IT In­ charge of the respective campus are directed to permanently delete the email ids of students who have graduated/dropped out up to the year 2022 with compliance to the NIFT Email Policy and forward the status report in the format given below: -
