Fwd: Convocation Invite and other guidelines

Dear students,

The Convocation of Class 2022, NIFT Bhubaneswar is scheduled on 24th Jan 2023 (Tuesday) from 3:30 pm onwards at Railway Sadan Auditorium,  Mancheswar. Please find this email as an official invite for all the students and their parents/guardians to attend the Convocation Ceremony.  

Following guidelines for information and strict adherence

• A dress rehearsal will be conducted on 23rd Jan 2023 at the same venue at 2 pm. Students are required to be present for the same.
• Dress code is Indian Ethnic Wear Off white/Cream colored clothes.
• Parents/Guardians (Maximum 2 accompanying family members/guests will be allowed). Each accompanying member should carry a government-issued ID card.
• A confirmation is sought from each student for smooth functioning of the program. Certificate distribution on stage will be based on your confirmation only.
  
• It is mandatory to carry your ID cards. It has to be returned to the institute to get a refund of your caution money. Or else a fine of Rs. 500 + gst will be charged to get a duplicate ID card to process for a refund of caution money.
