Hello Mudita,
Networking is most-effective when approached in a sustained manner. Yes you can absolutely drop in on one event a year and walk out with great building blocks for a new or stronger network. However, the benefits and enjoyment increase the more often you attend our events. You will build deeper relationships by running into some of the same people more than just once. You will be able to shake free the usual getting-to-know-you part of the encounter and get down to catching up, the way you would with a friend you have not seen in awhile. You will be more likely to remember each other’s names when you see each other, and think of each other when a potentially beneficial opportunity comes up outside of the networking environment. It’s networking at a higher level. Try for three in a row, starting with our next event.
