Image 1.12 and 1.14 missing files

If you haven't been able to get the instructions to set up the emulator to auto start to work you need to update the files. The version I installed on the boards shipped end of last year were missing two files. The 1.15 image is fixed. You can reflash with it or update the mfm and emu directories to the latest version.
